9/8/2014 - Missing Person Andre Barker Located

PRESS RELEASE UPDATE

 9.8.14

 On 9/7/14 at approximately 1230 hours the Naugatuck PD advised by West Haven PD that Mr. Andre Barker was located by them, wandering around in a plaza in their town and that Mr. Barker appeared to be unharmed.

 The Naugatuck PD removed Mr. Barker from the missing persons database.
