TRAFFIC NOTICE - DETOUR On Lower Rubber Ave.

Lower Rubber Ave will be shut down in one direction headed west bound (away from downtown) headed towards Mount View Plaza. It will be closed for about 8 hours beginning this morning at about 9:30 AM through about 5:30 PM tonight. The construction is in place to repair sewer lines in the roadway.
The detour will send west bound traffic up Andrew Ave. to Scott St. and back over to Rubber Ave. at Melbourne St.. Traffic on Edward St. will also be closed during this construction.
Motorist are urged to utilize an alternate route if possible to avoid delays.
