WEATHER:

LOCK YOUR CARS – DON’T LEAVE THEM RUNNING OR UNSECURED!
Please lock your cars and DO NOT leave your vehicle running with keys in the ignition – There have been numerous car thefts reported in the Naugatuck Valley area where cars have been stolen from driveways & parking lots.

Over the weekend (2/24-25/18) the Naugatuck PD investigated the following incidents of interest:
• Missing Person Christine CARRERO / 16 Yrs Old (Reported Missing on 2/5/18)
• Evading MV – Rubber Ave (Rptd Sat @ 1:06 PM) A Black Audi was involved in an evading accident near NHS on Rubber Ave. - Open Investigation –
• Larceny – From Residence / Hill St.(Rptd Sat 9:00 AM) – Snowblower Stolen
• Larceny – Family Market - Rubber Ave (Rptd Sun at 4:36 PM) - Unk black male with dreadlocks in ponytail, black sweat shirt, white t-shirt under, gray sweats & white female, mid-aged with med build, glasses & “LSW” beany cap- Blk took items – fled in 2000 Honda Accord or Acura type vehicle
• ATV/Dirt Bike Complaint – Dog Park / Hunters Mtn (Rpt’d Sat 1:22 PM) – Dirtbikes at Dog Park
• Attempted Larceny – From Residence (Rptd Sun @ 1:36 PM) – Subject wearing gray hoodie & Blue / Blk Shorts attempted to steal a scooter.
