Please lock your cars and DO NOT leave your vehicle running with keys
in the ignition – There have been numerous car thefts reported in the
Naugatuck Valley area where cars have been stolen from driveways &
parking lots.
On Monday 2.5.18 the Naugatuck PD investigated the following incidents of interest:
• Missing Person – 16 Year Old Christine CARRERO was listed missing – See NPD Press Release for details; http://www.naugatuckpd.org/news/?FeedID=1046
• Stolen MV – 2004 Mazda 6 – CT Reg Plate AK36177 - stolen from 535
South Main Street – The vehicle was being used by a delivery person and
was left running and unsecured behind the business as the employee / car
owner was preparing a delivery.
• Vandalisim – To MV / Sunburst Rd. – Tire Slashed
