Good Wednesday morning all,

The weather is looking great … and HOT for the next few days … stay hydrated and wear your sun glasses!

The NPD wishes to remind citizens that the National 2016 Click it or Ticket campaign has started. The NPD’s traffic and patrol divisions will be enforcing the states seat belt laws via this campaign over the next few weeks. We remind all citizens to buckle up and to obey all traffic laws to avoid being ticket … and more importantly, to stay safe!

The NPD Call Activity Report for Tuesday is below along with some highlights. The NPD investigated a residential burglary report to a home on Pleasant Ave yesterday and a complaint of a car vandalism on Chestnut Street this morning – A reminder to citizens to lock all windows and doors of their homes and vehicles and to report any suspicious persons, vehicles or activity to us as soon as possible so we can check it out.
