Happy Wednesday everyone,
Its looking more and more like snow this weekend… I will post information about our winter parking ordinances and other snow related items in the next day or so, but please make sure you have the needed supplies ahead of the storm as we have not really been challenged yet this season… I know I have to still dig my snow shovel out of the woods where I threw it early last Spring after the last snow fall!
The NPD had pretty busy Tuesday – The NPD call Activity report for Tuesday 1/19/16 (06:30 AM – 06:30 AM) is attached as is our arrest report. I have noted some highlights:
The NPD handled 137 calls for service
2 Burglaries were reported, 1 residential on Andrew Mountain Rd., and one business on Rubber Ave.
1 Larceny of a registration plate from a motor vehicle on Coen Street
Several suspicious persons calls – I’ve noticed a trend of this over the past couple weeks, there are persons out soliciting without permits – the town requires all solicitors to obtain a permit from the PD, so keep the calls coming in when you see these persons soliciting.
