3/19/2015 - NPD FACEBOOK POST - 3.19.15 - Detention Skippers and Utility workers!
Hi Everyone - Happy Thursday...

...So - CT Water was out replacing a fire hydrant at the intersection of Chestnut and Quinn Streets today - the hydrant was the victim of a ruptured water line during this brutally cold winter season....I was hired for traffic control and got to work with an old friend from my high school days that is employed with the fine men and women of Ct Water... I won't mention his name as I believe he is still wanted by our old school for detentions he skipped... Which he may or may not have skipped on my advise...
...At any rate - we fulfilled a life long dream of one day gracing the pages of a police department social media page together ...which was an extraordinary feat considering we graduated in 1987....we were true visionaries!!

Thanks to the great men and women of Ct Water ...and all the utility workers that keep our services running all year - we see first hand how these guys get it done all year long in all kinds of weather conditions...and they are not always appreciated as they should be....

Ok - Thanks everyone, have a great last day of winter - and, as always ... we will be here...
