On Thursday 9/27/18 the Naugatuck PD investigated the following incidents of interest:
• Evading Accident – New Haven Rd. near Cross Point Plaza / Mezzios (Rpt’d @ 10:49 AM)– Victim advised that their car (Gold in color van) was hit by a black car, possibly a Honda. Operator was a female with dark hair in a bun and white tee. Fled towards downtown Naugatuck.
• Shoplifting – Walmart / 1100 New Haven Rd. (Rpt’d 9/27/18 @ 12:00 AM) – Black Male wearing a black vest and blue sweatpants walked out with a television – possibly left in a silver Honda Civic heading towards Bethany
• Shoplifting – FMD / 218 Prospect Street (Rpt’d @ 9:44 AM) - Wite male wearing black hat and black hoody with tan shorts took off after shoplifting. Last seen headed towards town (Towards old Vinnys Pizza area).
