On Thursday 9/13/18 the Naugatuck PD investigated the following incidents of interest:
• Vandalism – Spray painting (Rpt’d @ 1:43 PM) – Caller advised they
observed a Hispanic male wearing blackl hoodie and jeans spray painting
the wall in front of Cross Point Plaza near UHaul store – got into a
gold colored vehicle and headed towards Route 8.
