In recent months the Naugatuck Police Detective Division initiated an investigation into street-level narcotics sales in the North Main Street Area of the Borough. Through investigative efforts detectives developed information that illegal narcotics sales were occurring at 280 North Main Street Third Floor Apartment 3E, Naugatuck, CT 06770. Detectives obtained a search-and-seizure warrant for the aforementioned location. The search warrant was executed in the early morning hours of August 8, 2018 with the assistance of the City of Waterbury Police. The search warrant was executed without incident and resulted in the seizure of Heroin and marijuana. The accused was located on the premises and taken into custody for the above listed charges. The accused was held on bond pending his appearance at Waterbury Superior Court on August 9, 2018.
