3/14/18 NPD CALL ACTIVITY REPORT

WEATHER:

Help us to help you in keeping our streets cleared and sidewalks and walkways cleared of snow ... Citizens encountering winter parking ban violations and winter snow ordinance violations are encouraged to report these to the Naugatuck PD (203) 729-5221 and/or Naugatuck Street Department (203) 720-7071.

LOCK YOUR CARS – DON’T LEAVE THEM RUNNING OR UNSECURED!
Please lock your cars and DO NOT leave your vehicle running with keys in the ignition – There have been numerous car thefts reported in the Naugatuck Valley area where cars have been stolen from driveways & parking lots.

On Tuesday 3/13/18 the Naugatuck PD investigated the following incidents of interest:
• Missing Person – (3/14/18) Christine CARRERO / 16 Yrs Old (Reported Missing on 2/5/18)
• Missing Person – (3/14/18) Juan ESPINAL / 41 Yrs Old (Reported Missing on 3/6/18) – Subject last seen walking from home on Oak Street on 2/24/18
• Suspicious Persons – 252 Spring St – (Rpt’d at Approx4:14 PM) – Officers were called by residents regarding persons claiming to be from Eversource Electric – Group of subjects fled when approached by police (3 persons – 2 Females & 1 Male) – Second group was located and identified – they were found to be soliciting illegally and advised to leave.
• Vandalism – Rain Dance Circle – To Vehicle – Vehicle Spray Painted
