Please lock your cars and DO NOT leave your vehicle running with keys in the ignition – There have been numerous car thefts reported in the Naugatuck Valley area where cars have been stolen from driveways & parking lots.

On Wednesday 2/14/18 The Naugatuck PD investigated the following incidents of interest:
• MV Theft – 2001 Hyundai XG350 – Gray – Stolen from driveway of Arch St. residence – Reported at 12:12 AM on 12/14/18
• Larceny – From MV – Reported to have occurred on Rubber Ave – Unk items stolen
