we here at the NPD run a pretty good FTO program for our new officers
... Through the course of our Field Training Program officers must
perform tasks that are new to them and often not very desirable... you
know ... get them out of their comfort zone...

Baskins just finished up training a few weeks back with new Officer
James Tortora ... and they had one last bit of unfinished business to
take care of...
