Matthew Costa is a
seventeen year old male student of Naugatuck High School. Matthew is
designated as a special needs student and was reported to have left
Naugatuck High School at about 9:37 AM (Thursday 10/20/16).
Matthew has not returned home and School and Family members have been
unable to locate him and are concerned for his well being.
