MEMORIAL DAY PARADE
The borough’s annual Memorial Day parade will take place today Monday,
May 28. Parade starts at 9:15 and will be taking the usual route
downtown.
Marching units in Divisions 1 to 4 will assemble at
8:45 a.m. on North Main Street, in the vicinity of Union and Woodbine
streets. Divisions 5 and 6, as well as all karate and dance groups, will
assemble at 8:45 a.m. in the parking area behind St. Mary Church, North
Main Street.

North Main St – To Calvin – To High Street – To Maple Street – To Old
Fire House – To Rubber – To Church St … and Finish at Division Street
The Naugatuck Veterans Council is sponsoring the event. Among the
parade features will be low-level fly overs by a vintage World War II
B-25 attack bomber, and a C-130 from the Connecticut National Guard
103rd Air Lift Wing.
