Help us to help you in keeping our streets cleared and sidewalks and walkways cleared of snow ... Citizens encountering winter parking ban violations and winter snow ordinance violations are encouraged to report these to the Naugatuck PD (203) 729-5221 and/or Naugatuck Street Department (203) 720-7071.

LOCK YOUR CARS – DON’T LEAVE THEM RUNNING OR UNSECURED!
Please lock your cars and DO NOT leave your vehicle running with keys in the ignition – There have been numerous car thefts reported in the Naugatuck Valley area where cars have been stolen from driveways & parking lots.

On Thursday 3/8/18 the Naugatuck PD investigated the following incidents of interest:
• Missing Person Christine CARRERO / 16 Yrs Old (Reported Missing on 2/5/18)
• Larceny – 800 New Haven Rd / Citgo Station – An employee located a Credit Card Scanner on pump #6 at the gas station.
• Larceny – From Vehicle / Lewis Street / Stolen CT Reg Plate 417-ZNF
• Illegal Soliciting – Seth Drive – Group of “Young Parties” soliciting carpet cleaning services – No soliciting permit is on file for this activity
• Suspicious Persons (Possible Scam) – Scott St (Rpt’d at approx. 1:00 PM) – Resident reported two subjects claiming to be from Power Company – PD Had no contact with these individuals, no other complaints reported

• No Robberies

7 Arrests; (3 Warrants, 1 DWI, 1 Assault / Breach of Peace Related, 1 Motor Vehicle Related, 1 Drug)
